There's a new education dataset available in the Federal Priorities Database:

• Title I Grants to Local Educational Agencies: the amount of money granted to help improve teaching and learning in high-poverty schools.

The database also tracks Title I revenue amounts at the school district level: http://data.nationalpriorities.org/other/schooldistrict/.
