So, how were the taxes you paid to the federal government actually spent? Here are two ways to find out.
- Enter your payment amount in the box labeled "Federal Taxes Paid."
- Chose a tax year.
- Select either "Chart" or "Visualization."
- Click "Show my taxes."
The "Chart" option shows a bar chart of the amount of your taxes that went into each NPP spending category.
The "Visualization" option shows the data a little differently. Try clicking on any of the images for links to more information on how your tax dollars were spent.
